You can download the application once you login to eProctor Canada.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you login to the eProctor Application using <strong>the same email and password that you used when booking your exam.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Verify your time zone<\/strong> in your eProctor profile and on your computer. Is the date and time correct for your current location?<\/li>\n<li>Try <strong>restarting your computer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you continue to have any issues accessing your exam, please contact support@eproctorcanada.com or 1-844-595-2561. Once your exam is approved by eProctor&#8217;s support team, the charge will be authorized and your credit card will be charged.
